Coming from an engineering background, I knew it was possible to build while living in alignment with one’s values. It’s possible to be part of an organization that’s as serious, structured, and scientific as an engineering environment — and at the same time, filled with human values.
At Neshat, I witnessed the beauty of motherly care, and I accompanied hundreds of young Iranian women through their professional growth. I built with data and smiled with the children’s smiles — and together with the young women of my country, I experienced growth.
